Use the Locate Surrounding Properties feature at a public record for farming or to prepare your "Just Listed" and "Just Sold" mailings.
Use a Public Records search to locate the property that you just listed or sold. (See Searching Public Records.)
When viewing the public record (not the thumbnail format), elect to Locate Surrounding Properties.
Choose the radius for your search, from 1/8 of a mile up to 4 miles, and specify if non-owner occupied properties should be included.
Stratus displays all residential and condo properties in the area defined by your radius. You can print mailing labels directly from the search results or download the results for use in another program. Note: The number of records that display in the Public Record search results is limited. If your search produces more than the maximum number of properties allowed to display at search results, and you want to include all in your mailing, use Bulk Farming Download to download addresses directly to disk.
Click the Count button to determine, in advance, the number of properties your search will produce. You can change the radius and retry if your initial value produces too few or too many addresses.
