At the Public Record search results list, you can print mailing labels for your choice of some or all the results.
Create labels for Avery style 5160 (three across the page) or Avery style 5161 (two across the page).
Elect to use the Property address or Mailing address.
You can optionally replace the owner's name with your text (e.g., Dear Neighbor or Occupant).
To avoid printing extraneous browser information at the top (header) and the bottom (footer) of the label sheets you must change the browser print controls before printing the mailing labels. Also, adjust the margin settings to ensure the text fits the labels properly.
Note: after printing the labels, restore the header and footer codes to ensure they are available for subsequent browser print applications. Also, reset the margins.
At the Search Results List, click to check the public records for which you want mailing labels. NOTE: if you want labels for all the public records displayed, do not check any.
Click Labels. The labels dialog box displays.
At Which labels are you using?, click Avery 5160 or Avery 5161.
At Which address should be used?, click Property or Mailing.
If you want to use a generic salutation, for example, "Dear Neighbor", instead of the owner's name: select the check box at Replace the owner's name with, then type your text in the box.
Click Continue.
The labels display in a secondary browser window. At the browser's File menu, choose Page Setup.
At Header, delete the codes in the text box.
At Footer, delete the codes in the text box.
Under Margins, at Left, left-click and mouse over the current value (to select it), then type 0.25. Repeat at the fields labeled Right, Top, and Bottom.
At the bottom of the Page Setup dialog box, click OK.
Choose Print from the browser's File menu.
